Been going here for ages, we’ve always loved the food and have always recommended them to all our family & friends but tonight there was a huge black hair in the food and it has really put us all off. The chow mein also had huge burnt bits which wasn’t very nice either. Their customer service has always been great though and the lady at the front desk has always been lovely but sorry to say won’t be returning
Never had a bad experience. This is my go to Chinese. I have tried most dishes on the menu over the years and find almost all of them delish and to my liking!
Not a huge atmosphere as it is take out only but the food is hot and generally ready when they give a time frame to pick up.

Been going there for about two years now, and the food was always good to great. An issue with just one meal in a £55 order soon put an end to our patronage of this eatery. A refund was offered, but that lady has a serious attitude problem - totally clueless about customer service.
We'll be returning to our original provider of Chinese takeaways. Their food may not be quite as good as the Emerald's, but at least they know how to treat their customers. We didn't even bother returning the meal to get the refund. With the amount of bad feeling she created, it just wasn't worth it.
Best Chinese you’ll eat in London without a doubt. Very loyal customer. Recommend to everyone.
They make there food nicely and there are spoons if you need any too eat
This is by far the nicest chinese I have ever eaten for a take away!! Everything we have tried is delicious! The portions are generous and you get what you pay for. Because we live so close the food is always piping hot when we get home. This place reminds me of my parents takeaway which is why I love it even more!! Definitely recommend, if only they did delivery! Its cash only aswell btw, so worth it though! My kids love their food!

Used to be very good but recently had a big long black hair in my noodles and when I complained about it they tried to convince me it was a beansprout! Out of sheer principle I will not go back there again had they apologised and offered me a free meal next time or something to make up for the bad experience perhaps I would have gone back but they have zero clue about customer service.
