Been in this pharmacy a number of times and every time everyone just stares me out for 5 minutes behind the counter then someone finally asks if I’ve been served. You know I haven’t been served you’ve stared at me for 5 mins. It’s not that it’s a one off it’s happened multiple times now. I complained when I went in yesterday and will definitely not be returning to this pharmacy. Very rude and excuses were just made when I complained. Don’t make customers feel uncomfortable!
Given out of date pills last year. Told my prescription wasn’t there and had been for days!! And then given a prescription the doctor had cancelled earlier in the year. Then the pharmacist rather than come over and explain the situation shouted so that everyone could hear. But didn’t like when I told everyone about their misdoings. Have changed pharmacy. Avoid.
My experience with Elliotts pharmacy been with them 4 years delivered prescription the same day as ordered or following day if I have phoned them its to tell them to deliver when I am at home . Never a problem I have been in to see a Doctor he sends them prescription I go into pharmacy longest wait 10 minutes. The staff are friendly cheerful & helpful So I cannot understand their star rating
I fully agree with Larry who reviewed Elliots below. I ask for a prescription using online ordering in the morning and it is delivered by Ron the same afternoon. Take some flowers in to say thanks, I did.

Always polite, and helpful.
Though they have made the odd mistake while I've been with them (so have all previous pharmacies I have ever used), they have always been quick to correct them.
The medical centre is a large practice and the pharmacy is consequently very busy (as anyone who ventures inside can plainly see). I genuinely believe that the negative reviews are unwarranted (though I fully accept that problems with prescriptions can be extremely stressful).
Though, closely tied to the medical centre (which it is obviously intended to serve), and off any regular shopping streets, I am happy to recommend this pharmacy highly.
I cannot thank these guys enough. They have gone above & beyond to help me get urgent medication that I need. They have changed my day from full of worry & upset to relief & worry free.

Extremely poor service,
i recently had surgery on my foot 2 days ago. I requested medication for my doctor which was prescribed, i contacted Elliott's to have it delivered as i cant walk at the moment. i rang first thing in the morning to see if i can be delivered that day and they confirmed this. after waiting a couple hours i called them to see if it is still being delivered and again they confirmed. i rang for the 3rd time in the afternoon as i'd still not received it. i explained i need to get some sleep as i had been up all night in pain from the surgery and asked if it will still get to me by the end of the day and if it can be put through my letter box, after she said yes it was left there. I woke up at 18.00 to no medication, no note and no explaination as to why it was not here.
i am now stuck in a situation where i need the pain releif but they are closed till monday now.
This is unprofessional behaviour and a failure in services
