Pleasant ambience, although the outdoor heaters are way too hot and the service on the day we visited (Wednesday 9pm) was rather slow. Has a tv to show football/music videos. Decent menu offerings but lacks chips (which I am told seems to be a mainstay of shisha restaurants).
This place has just reopened and it is beautiful! Completely different and a wonderful atmosphere. Lovely staff. Will certainly be coming back!
Fantastic place with excellent selection on shisha, drinks and desserts. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Only giving one star for the shisha and tea because those were the only good things about this place. Absolutely appalled by their customer service skills - the staff were unable to split bills between a few of my friends and they overcharged my partner by £20. When my friend tried to rectify the situation, the manager was rude and somehow my partner was only refunded £10 back (he wasn't sure how much he was due back). I wouldn't recommend if you are going with friends and want to split the bill.
Customer service was shockingly bad, was told there where no tables free when only 1 person was in there. I suspect the server couldn’t be bothered to serve us, very bad service, the basic flavours of shisha where not worth the £16 as they didn’t taste of much. No communication whatsoever, just some dirty looks, and grunts. never going back again
Great atmosphere! Recently renovated, and looks superb. The outdoor area is well fitted with heated lamps, so you're warm even in the dead of winter, and dry during windy downfalls of rain. Comprehensive selection of teas and flavored shisha. Staff are always pleasant and friendly. My only gripe is that it's a cash-only place.
It's my favourite place in London. Nice atmosphere, always smiling staff, tasty food,nice juices and the best shisha you can find in the area. Really relaxing to spend 1or more hours there alone or with friends. It reminds me the little Egyptian coffee shops which ones I used to frequent when I lived there for 4 years.
Love it! Best shisha in London at the moment. The food is great with crepes, waffles and sandwiches and milkshakes - I prefer the chocolate one.Gets full at weekends creating a great atmosphere. And best of all, it's open until 2am weekdays, 3am weekends which is great for me as I finish work late. Highly recommended.
