Took my car here after it failed its mot (it failed at another garage) the lads were spot on easy to get on with and funny. They done the job really well & fast and the price was champion, I will be defo using them from now on for mots, services & repairs cheers lads means alot 10/10 ???????? p.s my car as now passed its mot aswel after a retest from the lads. ????????
I recently had the misfortune of buying a van from Wearside Autoparc which used East End MOT in Sunderland, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare. I was promised an allegedly advisory-free MOT, perfect for me and my family, especially considering our special needs. However, what I received was nothing short of a disaster.
Upon an independent inspection while the wheel bearing was being replaced I discovered that the brake pipes were leaking and the rear shocks were also leaking. What's more concerning is that these had been advisories for the past three MOT inspections. It became evident to me that this company has some shady dealings going on, particularly with Wearside Autoparc. My vehicle had been MOT 5 days earlier and passed with no issues apparently when the vehicle is in fact dangerous
It seems like there's a cozy agreement between East END MOT and Wearside Autoparc to falsify MOT reports, making it appear as though they're providing exceptional service to their customers. But in reality, they're putting people's lives at risk with these deceitful practices.
This isn't just unethical; it's downright dangerous and illegal. I refuse to stand by and let innocent people be deceived like this. I will be reporting this matter to the DVSA immediately. Avoid East END MOT at all costs unless you want to put your safety and the safety of your loved ones in jeopardy.
Take to long bookings test for 930 tell come back in hour was sill they 2 hours later still no test do so went some were else

Avoid at all costs . Not sure where the five star reviews are coming from but this outfit is rubbish . The car was worse when it came out than when it went in . I'm sure these are tamoering tricks they use to get new people back in to spend more money. I took the car somewhere else and they advised me to leave the car as it is and I have the car inspected by trading standards . which I am in the process of doing right now .
