Very bad place if you're looking in getting better. The doctor (male) didn't prescribe me any medicine for my problem totally careless. I had to go at the pharmacy and speak to the pharmacist about my problem and he gave me a treatment. Utterly disgusting the staff. Avoid this place people
I've always found this surgery good, In particular, Nurse Shelley, Julia the receptionist and both Dr Yadava's.
Would just like to say thank you to all the lady’s at the doctors reception that made sure I got appointment I have been with this surgery since it opened and can’t fault how kind and respectful they are to your needs I would t change my surgery or doctors for another thank you lady’s for all your help and support when I was so ill
I am utterly disgusted with the surgeries receptionist! She is rude and argumentative with not only patients but the pharmacy lady. Yesterday the receptionist was raising her voice and being so rude to the pharmacy lady (Wendy). This was uncalled for. This receptionist needs to learn some customer service skills and respect instead of trying to gaslight patients and the pharmacy team. This belittling behaviour is something I've seen yesterday as I care for my mother and assisted her yesterday to the surgery. My mother has heard this receptionist afew times before. This needs to be fully investigated. She clearly needs to work in a sole trade as this has unsettled my mother and others who use your surgery. A doctors surgery should be warm and welcoming not a hostile atmosphere because of the same receptionist who has taken power to her head.
Thankfully I have moved so no longer use this practice. The surgery was badly designed and run down, receptionists were very rude and so was the lady Dr in the first room on the left. I was delighted to see the back of them. The staff in the attached chemist, were on the other hand, always polite and helpful.
Useless, If I could give zero stars then I would. You can never get an appointment with this surgery. The male African doctor misdiagnosed my son which then lead to an ambulance coming out to take him to a and e. Today I was promised a call back from a doctor which didn’t really happen. The doctor tired to give me tablets without even knowing what’s wrong!
Receptionists very pleasant and helpful, so are the 2 doctors and the nurses. OK, so I agree it is difficult to get an appointment, but there is an open surgery every morning. You just queue outside until the doors open at 9 am. Best to get there early! My only grouse is that surgery doesn't start until 9.30.Inconvienient for people who work. There is an adjoining chemist.
The odd receptionist is rude!! The new nurse mumbles and don't like explains things, used to be great untill all staff replaced and now can no longer even get an appointment with my own doctor
