Took a couple of my bikes here, both bikes got looked after very well, communication and phone calls ,also very good, price also fair ,even helped me via a phone call to fit and service my bikes ????
I was returning from a charity ride weekend in the Peaks.. Heading home to Newcastle after a very wet weekend.. As I was leaving chesterfield my indicators stopped working.. guessed would be a fuse but didn’t have any.. found this garage on google.. rang them and they said to come straight round.. was met by a lovely young man who replaced my fuse and cleaned the connector which was contributing to the fault… asked how much I owed and said was free as was just a small job.. I would have been stuck in chesterfield and unable to get home without their kind help
I've always gone to Eric with my bikes, never had a problem. Never been over charged and if I've asked for something to be changed, if it doesn't need it he will not charge me for the service. Proper down to earth and does a good job always.
I went to Eric's for the very 1st time ever and all I can say about Eric and the gang is you have done a amazing job of repairing my motorbike. I will definitely be going back if I have anymore problems with my bike. I highly recommend you go to Eric's ???? my last review i will ever make i am not happy about what eric did with my bike so ignore the review above eric didn't do what he said he did he was meant to of cleaned out my front caliper but instead he put new break pads in and didn't bother cleaning the caliper first so i will never be going back here again absolutely usless all he does is take your money and that's it
I got a puncture on the way to Edinburgh and I've been so lucky to meet the guys at E. W. Motorcycle Repairs. They've done a brilliant job at a crazy time in the night: they've found a tyre, recovered my motorbike and made me up and running very quickly. I'll never thank you enough, you're brilliant guys!

Hard to find old school mechanics of this calibre any more.
Nothings too much trouble and there aren't many if any jobs on a motorcycle Eric and his son can't do be it a modern techno miracle, a vintage machine or a 90s superbike.
Used many dealerships local to me and none of them are in EW motorcycles league simple as.
Talks the talk and walks the walk.
Great mechanics, and great people long may it continue.
Absolutely brilliant. Was desperate to have my break and mot done and needed it the day i called up. Even tho they were busy as hell they still went all out to help me. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks guys.
