Excellent immediate service to patch a puncture, and ordered 2 new tyres for fitting next day. Lovely friendly staff, even came and collected us from home to collect car when ready, brilliant????????
Excellent service today. Old banger went in for MOT at the crack of dawn. Failed due to an imbalance on the brakes and was quoted on the phone in excess of £200 for possible repair which I accepted. A cleaning up was all that was required and paid the bill £92 including MOT. Well done guys.
We were visiting the island on a day-trip whilst seeing our son in Portsmouth. Our car started making a terrible noise and we were really concerned about our journey home the next day.
I rang EM Cars and the lovely receptionist said to come straight away and they would look at it. The brakes needed changing and they sorted it really quickly in time for our ferry that evening.

The steep hills we're a little testing for our brakes while on holiday. Found this garage in the information pack at our apartment and they couldn't have been more helpful. Had new brake pads and discs fitted ( which were due to be done on next service in August) the next day. First class service would highly recommend.
Booked an MOT here and they fitted me in at very short notice which I was very grateful for. The person on reception was very friendly and helpful and although there were a couple of advisories there was absolutely no pressure to pay for repairs at that time.
I'm really happy to have found this place and it will be my first port of call for servicing / repairs and MOT in future.
Thank you for an excellent and quick fix to my Range Rover. The fuel pump and filter were fitted with no issues the drive home was smooth and the car ran like a dream. Great garage and the lady on reception has the best customer service skills and was very informative. Thanks again.
