Great view of the river Findhorn from here. We found the bridge by chance, on our way to Lochindorb castle, which is also very worthy. Above all in summer when the hills are covered in heathers.
This place is worth the detour to visit. There is a car park for 4 cars, picnic tables in a small fenced area above the bridge and a path around the top of the river gorge to give views of the river and the bridge. At the bridge itself the small waterfall is visible and a worn path leads down under the bridge to the river side where the bridge and waterfall can be viewed. Bit of a scramble to get to the rocks but worth it.
A lovely place with a beautiful ravine and bridge .
A delightful little spot hidden the Grantown road. There is a small picnic area and a small path taking you to a viewing area. We'll worth a visit
Stunning place to explore, but not for the faint hearted or unfit !! Sadly unsuitable for people with certain disabilities so be careful, Rabbie Burns loved the place too .
I honestly expected to visit and then immediately wonder why I bothered. How wrong I was. The bridge and gorge are very attractive, and there's a lovely path next to it that you can follow for a more adventurous viewing. The Findhorn never disappoints; it's a gem of a river.
There's a small parking area next to the bridge but the roads to it are very narrow and windy. Lovely if you're lucky not to come across a tractor and trailer coming the other way. Unexpectedly entertaining for your passengers if you do.
A picturesque point or bridge. On a bright sunny day it's very beautiful.
Popped by on way back from Ardclach bell tower. Nice walk along the rocks
