Negatives-Seating a bit cramped also not much seating available and the food portions are small for the price paid considering how competitive the area is.
Customer service towards myself wasn't great but notice they were nice towards others so at least it is there ????
Positive- the food quality is top tier you will notice the salad is really ???? and the naan bread was very fresh and light the mix doner was really tasty with that crispyness that i like. Just a shame about the chips portion but I paid £8.50 for everything with a drink.

Like a lot of people said, portions are tiny. I am someone who gets full quite easily but I ended up getting a double cheeseburger after. Food itself was decent just wish there was more of it or an option to go large.
Listen, this place is rammed out for a reason. People complaining about the small portions are not acknowledging the cost - it’s very reasonable/cheap for what you are getting. Wonderful flavours, feels like you’re abroad - I’m so into it! Go there - can feed a family cheaply - so happy this place rocked up!
First things first, I was apprehensive about coming here due to some of the bad reviews on Google. Things like the food not being edible and the customer service. However, I am really glad I gave this place a chance. I've had Dubai Shawarma twice, and the food and customer service have been great. It is very affordable and the food is good. The first time, I had the chicken naan wrap and the second time, I had the lamb naan wrap. To be honest, I preferred the chicken but the garlic sauce was even better in a lamb wrap. All I know is that I will probably go back again. Of course there isn't much space on the ground floor but to be honest I was intending to take the food away anyway. It is also worth noting that in my opinion, for the price you're paying, the portion sizes are enough.
