A truly excellent pharmacy. I use Drybrook Pharmacy regularly, and I have been constantly impressed by the efficiency and helpfulness of the staff. A good example occurred recently. As I am eligible for antivirals, I still receive Covid test kits from the NHS. Feeling unwell, I did a Covid test; at 1550, I phoned Drybrook Surgery (also excellent); they advised me to call another part of the NHS before 1600, which I did; at 1730, my wife collected the drugs from Drybrook Pharmacy. Pretty impressive on any day and this was a Friday afternoon!
Great pharmacy - a strong contrast to so many pharmacies that never have interest to help or advise, and who make you wait so long. Quick, friendly service. Do some vaccinations too.
Went to get a free NHS quit smoking kit as you can't get them online any more. I was told to make an appointment for a consultation which isn't possible as I live in Gloucester and am just visiting, so I didn't get the help I need. This is pretty bad as NHS advocates stop smoking services yet make it difficult to get the help making you jump through unnecessary hoops. As someone who is agoraphobic this was a rare chance for me to get that help so I'm pretty disgusted. This is a shame and disappointing because Drybrook was my favourite pharmacy when I lived locally and seems to be less supportive now.

Amazing and friendly service, even stayed behind today for me after they had closed and I had over slept to come and get medication. Thank you To all the amazing staff and pharmacy team, you are by far the most efficient and friendly service in the WHOLE of the Forest Of Dean

When we had noone else to get us the medicine my mother needed, due to family having to isolate due to covid, the pharmacy were so kind and delivered the medication the same day. No questions asked. What fabulous service for the community. Thank you so much!
