I use Drayton Fields for my yearly MOT on our vehicles, they are always pleasant to deal with.
We have really really bad experience from this garage two times.
1st time we was been over charged with amount £424 after inspection MOT failed due to break-pad and skimming break pad drums as described in garage invoice for new supply & fit . But garage did not provide us a separate invoice of new supplies but only his garage invoice mentioned and included Labour charges. Later on That price when was been quoted from other garages for this job was approximately found in half if it is really been done .because all the job he done in our absence .
After couple of months in emergency on Sunday early morning when Car breakdown and RAC dropped car to this garage as it was nearest .He did completely wrong diagnosed . Told us about engine fuel pump problem and pump wasn’t sent to third party for check up fault as he told us about another garage name doing diesel car works and we did confirm from them through telephone .Over one month waste of time and keep asking return our fuel pump he give us back in un assembled . While getting pump On the same evening very first time car found in the garage otherwise was been parked whole during month was outside of work shop . He charged us £ 280 for nothing to fix . When car took to another garage they found catalytic converters problem that I personally bought and he did returned us old one.we was been double charged to fix car to both garages. We had face waste of time & money , embarrassment, lost of couple of shifts from job , get hire car , use taxi for shopping and bought another car in rush for job etc . …Definitely will not recommend to anyone and will suggest to stay away .
Otherwise surely one day you will be desperate.
Maybe ok for car mot's but don't let him do repairs to your motorbike.I had to collect mine after 3 months of the work not being completed/ too many excuses.He brought it out stripped down and parts in a box I had to take it away in the back of a van.
Another garage had to complete the work,and found £££ worth of damage Obviously denied any liability.
I have used this garage for some years now and have found them to be friendly, informative, helpful and excellent value for money. To find a garage than can mot and fix both cars and motorcycles with their expertise is very rare. In the times I have used them they have gone out of their way to ensure the customer is happy. I would not hesitate in recommending them and can't understand the previous negative comment. If you want a excellent local garage with non dealer prices then call in today.
Contacted the garage as new to the area to get an mot on my motorbike , as my full test was cancelled they even arranged to collect and drop my bike back off to my house the owner and his wife were very friendly and will definitely be using them for my car and motorbike when needed

Phoned up about seeing I they could repair a problem I had if it was a car they would of been able to as it was my bike they said might be able to doesnt really give me much confidence that they could fix it or not make it worse
I recommend . Had MOT done there and was a great experience . Proffesional and friendly personnel .
Booked the car for a diagnostic a week in advance,got the car there today
Got a rip off price for not a lot of job and gave me the car back more dammage than in the morning
When trying to explain he was not wanting to listen
I will take him to trading standards
