Staff here are all lovely! Every-time I need a prescription it’s done on time, if I need an appointment I usually manage to get one same day and if not I do an online form and get one for the next day. Receptionist seem to get a lot of grief from some people but they deal with it very professionally all the girls on desk and the manager are kind, caring and compassionate. Thank you for all you do!
I’ve genuinely tried to ring this doctors 90 times this morning for an appointment and it’s ‘user busy’ every time. It’s actually shocking that they’re only allowing one person to get through on the phone at a time, They really need an updated system.
It looks like they intentionally they don’t pick call. Nhs is not looking into this as well otherwise most Gp’s got horrible google reviews for a reason but no one seems to be worried about it.
Just a joke not a surgery. No one care. Even was told on reception change the doctor.if not happy. Shameful
Horrible place and staff. No chance to do an appointments. There is no communication from their side. The phone li e is always occupied. Very poor service at all.
For more than seven years with them they have failed to diagnose me, I keep repeating blood test as until I point out what was the problem, there's a lot is going on here I can expose them. One of my results was sent to them but they did nothing about it, they did not tell me what to do next. I would like to see changes taking place in this surgery, we can't afford to be risking with our lives.
What an absolute shambles. I have just called the practice 52 times in the space of 15 minutes, from 8am to quarter past desperately trying to get an emergency appointment. You can’t even wait on hold at first, just have to keep waiting until the number is no longer busy. When I finally got through the woman told me that all the appointments had been taken! I explained that I spent time on the phone to 111 last night who advised me I need to see a doctor ASAP as I am cabin crew and I have a severe infection in one of my ears meaning I can’t fly/work until it’s sorted! This is an absolute joke, especially when I never go to the doctors but when I really need to, I’m told I can’t. When I asked what they suggest doing to ensure you get through, they advised that it’s best to actually drive in for 8am as the phones get too busy! If you’re new to the area and need a doctors, do not join this one. There are about 3 doctors and the reception staff are absolutely diabolical and have rude attitudes. I am making a complaint through the nhs and to the city council. Reading other reviews on here it would seem everyone has had a similar experience and this needs to be voiced properly through the correct channels. Sadly I’m going to have to go up to A and E now which upsets me as I feel like I’m going to be wasting their time, bothering them with a problem that a doctor can and should sort, but what are you supposed to do?
Not one star, reception horrible, no doctors on site, same as nextdoor surgery.who is Dr Jude? Never seen him or her in ten years, ! Monopoly board comes to mind.
