Had fantastic fish & chips at the Dolphin. Staff were very friendly. Can recommend this place!
Went for a drive to Nairn and this was the only chippy open. Wasn’t expecting much but had the NICEST fish and chips I’ve tasted. The guy behind the counter even came out to give another group of customers a free cooked sausage for their dog. Brilliant! Highly recommend and would return in an instant. Fantastic experience.
Portion of chips was decent, maybe more so on the smaller side. But they were cooked very well and delicious! Would definitely recommend
Very generous portion of fish and this was 2 thick succulent pieces of haddock in a crispy batter with chips and a side order of mushy peas. Wonderful. Just what I had been craving. My partner had a cheese burger which he really enjoyed. The burger was a nice hefty size with melted cheese, lettuce and a tasty burger sauce. We hope to return soon!
We had 3 fish suppers and a haggis supper. Everyone else enjoyed theirs however the chips were undercooked. Sorry had to give 3 stars. We did (including the dog) however enjoy our ice-creams a couple of days later.
16 March 2024 - we had fish suppers but they were uder cooked, really soggy batter and under cooked chips. Wont be going back downgraded to 2 stars
