If I could give 0 stars, I would. Currently in the pharmacy waiting, she has been on a personal call for over 15 minutes, literally talking to a builder about a neighbours flat and an extension and how she has a problem with planning permission and that her flat is being overlooked and it’s breaching her privacy. She is shouting in the pharmacy about her personal business and is so unprofessional. I will never return to this pharmacy.
It’s funny as there is a sign in the pharmacy saying not to use mobile phones. Yet I was in here for over 20 minutes to collect with only 1 person ahead of me in here who had already been waiting for ages.
She then didn’t even have enough pills and I will need to return another day to collect the rest.
She then takes your card, taps it for you and doesn’t tell you that she increases the total. Argues with customers. Avoid at all costs.
The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The service is appalling and the pharmacist has got to be in the running for the rudest person in the world. Abusing people in need should not be the chosen career of a pharmacist. Do yourself and do not use this chemist. Should have been closed down years ago
The eldery lady is very unprofessional. She treated a young lady, in the front of me very bad.
She was asking very polite to check her prescription from last weekend. The lady farmacist didn't bother to search because is not two working days. The young lady asked to search because she forgot when last week asked for prescription. The grumpy lady said to come back in two days .
For me she prepared the antibiotic directly from tap water. I know you must use water who was boiled and cooled down.
Also asked to give me a seringe because my boy doesn't take it from the spoon. She refused to give because she doesn't have it. After I showed her two she said one pound. And NHS doesn't give it free.
It is very rude . Until now all othe farmacist give it free and sometimes they asked me how the kid take it with spoon or with the seringe.
Poor never come back.
Very rude lady. Obnoxious and arrogant. She acts like she is doing you a favour. We waited in there for 30 mins whilst she decided to do a phone order complaining about the prices of products she orders in. She is ignorant beyond belief and no one within our regiment will be using her again.
If you want a caring, genuine, oldskool type of pharmacist then this is where you need to come. I cannot rate her highly enough! Thank you Dolmans for caring
Check her prices before paying. I was charged over £17 for a product. Didn’t get a receipt, so cannot confirm exactly what I paid. I checked online and I can buy it for £9.99. I have bought it at other pharmacies and paid more but no more than £12.99. As I was desperate I did not go back but know from others it would have been pointless as she refuses to refund.
What is wrong with this lady? She kept a shop of 6 customers waiting while she chatted on the phone with her friend. If there was an award for the worst pharmacist ever, she would win it.
Well, after only two visits here I have changed my nominated pharmacy to Boots. Clearly more interested in having a non-work related telephone call than dealing with customers. Made to wait in the empty pharmacy for 10+ minutes while she finished up her call. Told there's a 60p charge to use a card, luckily I had cash but honestly what pharmacy levies such high charges for contactless payment and prefers cash in the midst of a pandemic. Pretty sure the first time I came in and paid card she didn't tell me there was a charge for using it and I didn't notice as I bought something else on top of the prescription. Will gladly walk further to get my prescription and quite happily never set foot in here again.
