The guys identified and sorted a problem the first time, which took another 3 attempts and were unable to work it out.
I've got nothing but praise for these guys. Recently moved into the area and my partner needed work doing on her Audi a3. Has done for some time. Little bits and bobs. They sat with me for good twenty minutes discussing options and giving me options which for me is always a very good sign. As opposed to just taking my money and doing what they can get out of me.
When we collected the vehicle all work was done to a high standard and the car felt exactly as it should again.
So following this, I thought I'd have them service my BMW. Once the service was carried out the owner charged me a super fair price and afterwards I had taken the car away I noticed other little things they had done as part of the service which let me know how thorough they are. Simple things like regressing door hinges with correct grease etc. I've serviced my own cars many a time. My BMW is fairly new for me (5 years old) and I wanna have it looked after appropriately and this is definitely my new go to garage in the area. I left this review a good month after my work, as google had asked me to review so hopefully you'll appreciate how pleased I still am with the guys there

A warm and friendly team. always polite, professional and attentive. We have been using the garage for all our family vehicle MOT and repairs for 10+ years. Nothing is too much trouble. A careful explanation of what is required is always given. We have four vehicles and both my daughters feel they are in safe hands with straightforward honest advice.
Dolbears did an excellent job sorting out my Honda Jazz. Booked me in at a convenient time. Efficient and affordable work. They were willing to fit a part I had sourced and squeezed in an MOT for me!

Took car in tried to talk to them about power loss and bad fuel consumption. Also clutch pedal is stiff. Got told not to worry and just bring it in at the booked time (inconvenient time and days later). After I took it in, I waited some hours for their call. I got told to come pick car up and there is nothing wrong with it. They charged my £45 for this pleasure! Avoid
