Since returning to Dunbar I always took my vehicle here for repairs and MOT. Great service and prices. Only thing to note is book your car in early as the lads are very busy, and you don't get busy if your not providing a great service like here. Been a while since I needed to get mechanical help but my headlights had gone. However I was given help pretty quickly considering and able to be mobile in the dark.
Put my car in for a service but it needed much more. The garage phoned to explain what was needed and gave me a price for the extra work.
Everything was fully explained and I could see the old parts meaning, there was no question that they needed replaced.
I was able to pay over the phone which was really convenient .
Very professional garage and staff, as a woman, I feel very confident to use their services again
Just had a service and MOT done here and the car is now running fabulously well. You can be safe in the knowledge that the staff here will do a great job with no shortcuts taken and will not 'con' you into getting something done that doesn't need done. The staff are friendly and helpful and will explain to you about the work that has been carried out. Your car will be looked after well here, you can be sure of that.

First time I went had a warning light on and Mr Ferguson did a free diagnostic test (which subsequently sorted its self out) . Second time to get new brake pads fitted.
After driving for 5 hours to see family in Dunbar, we picked up a warning light on the car dashboard. After reading the reviews I thought I would be in good hands at DM conversions. I arrived in reception and was told that they would go and see if any of the technicians could help. 10 mins later they came back to say I am sorry there is nothing we can do as they are so busy (When I parked up there were three men just chatting to each other in the workshop). No alternative day offered and no advice from any of the technicians. Really disappointed and not one bit of help ????????. I then drove to Torness Motors in East Linton who were so helpful and explained to me what the issues were after plugging the car into their diagnostics tool.
Highly recommended garage! Super friendly staff and amazing customer service. I wouldn't trust any other mechanics now! Guys are totally dedicated to their job and everytime I'm there I feel like I'm visiting my old friend's garage, despite I was there just a couple of time. Very proffesional, you won't regret the service. Just amazing!
