It is absolutely great. I checked the review before I visited. I especially recommend Risotto for Asian! It was AWESOME. Great atmosphere. Nice staff. Good desert. Hope they can have some sorbet in the future for my BF who has Dairy allergy. It was great as I already have told several times. I want yo visit here again in the future! Lovely food! ????????????????
Love this place, i regret to have discovered only now. Food is excellent and cocktails so good. The interiors and outdoor space is sophisticated and staff so friendly. Highly recommended
Popped in just before the additional lockdown measures forced earlier closing times. It was nice and quiet and the service was pleasant. Opted for a glass of red each but would've definitely wanted to try cheese platter if we had more time!
I've had a drink here once or twice before, there is a nice outside terrace. It has lovely quite elegant decor, the staff where friendly and attentive. This time i had a meal with family, lovely and fair value pasta dishes, I would definitely eat there again. It is also in a good position on Church Road, not too far from George Street shops or the seafront.
Went here with my girlfriend for a couple glasses of wine. The wine bar has a very nice setting to sit and chat. Its pretty cozy too, but I didn’t really understand why the music was so loud and the choice of music as well. The place has got great potential for a good time.

So why the 2 star review? Plastic straws! In Brighton. Didnt think would have to request to have no straw.
Please buy paper straws or buy metal ones and people can buy them for a pound if they want them. Sign up to one of those places where they are charitable and it's a deposit. So if the guest returns the straw the pound is returned.
Anyway, Great place but please change your straws.

Well, I mentioned it. I have boosted it to 3 stars. However get rid of the plastic straws. This review is deliberately targeting the straws situation. Change that, respond, and I will upgrade it. There is no need to use them. Use paper, use steel straws with a deposit. I don't mind, but don't use plastic. Many other bars will get the same treatment from me if they have plastic straws.
We had a Groupon birthday voucher, booked it for Monday through their booking tool, received a confirmation and come Monday checking via phone the reservation was made was told we don't sell food Mondays, no chef.
Not the biggest problem, went tonight , No greeting although a very shy waiter did look at us, approached the bar and was told sit there" customer service skills definitely require improvement.
Young lady then had to fire fightr the evening and really did do her best with limited resources.
Dinner was Rib Eye steak, which was disappointing although I did in fairness eat it all just didn't look or taste like a Rib Eye.
Clean, decorative, great out door garden .
I would return but I believe they sell a much cheaper cut on a voucher meal as I have previously had a very good meal in there.
Very nice steak meal with wine, beautifully laid out inside and out, well worth a visit.
