A great experience replacing my Audi A4 B8.5 clutch and flywheel. By far the cheapest option, but these guys did a great job. Very professional, used top quality parts and the car is performing fantastically well. No juddering any more. No hesitation in recommending at all and I will be using for all my Audi and VW group needs.

The big let down is customer service, if I'm told I will be kept in touch regarding an ordered part and I have to call 2 times and still not get a call back and then get a call the day before to say I'm expected tomorrow then I regard this as bad service. It was by sheer chance that I could make the appointment. It was also very expensive for non Audi so next time I will go direct to Audi, that way I'm told exactly the cost before hand.
I wanted work done on my car so emailed Dialynx, no response, so I phoned a week later. I was told the boss had opened the email and would respond to me; I’m still waiting a month later. If this is an example of their customer service I will go elsewhere.
Travel from Wales with my 160,000 mileage Audi S4. Have no confidence in anyone but DiaLynx working on it. Excellent service. My car gets treated with respect and so do i.
