Great staff polite and very helpful and understanding and they go out their way and deliver my medication to me when I need it
I am not happy with willson st pharmacy Derby, their service has upset me the way they treated my friend who not been well long time and he trying to take of himself and his condition some days it's very hard.
Not delivering prescriptions on the day nor did they give t a explanation on why they didn't drop it off never got in touch as they promise they would that disgusting in my eyes
Not have all regular items he needed every month knowing each month he needs them been going to there for years never gone out their way to help and beyond.
There system is old out dated never got compassion it's disgusting how can these treat people the way they do and get away with it beyond me.
Despite Google still thinking you are open till midnight, you are not and now close at 9pm or 8pm weekday, sadly I wasted a trip to get meds for my sick child at 11pm to find you were closed despite the large signs outside stating "open till midnight". You have a tiny sign in the window saying "due to government legislation our opening times are now...".
You choose to apply for reduced hours as the legislation allows you to reduce your hours , don't blame the legislation for your reduced hours!

As an important place of business ( compared to a shop for example) I have monitored since October last year just how often you open late (7.15-7.20 ISH) and get rudeness when it's mentioned it's been noticed by multiple people,on multiple times for almost 6 months. There are often people, sometimes elderly, waiting in the cold and dark weather for the gent to open 15 minutes late JUST because he can't be professional and desperately needs to visit nearby shop first. You are met with an unprofessional 'tell my boss then' attitude when you point out he is ALWAYS late. A pharmacy is important. One staff member ALWAYS opens on time and is very polite and professional. Shame they have to put up with complaints about the other.

My partner has schizophrenia, I've lost count on how many times we've had to chase her medication up. They once gave her prescription to someone else leaving her short for days ??? No apology, how dangerous was that ? Unbelievable, absolutely atrocious incompetent staff. Shocking.
