I would give 6) brilliant place for breakfast! English breakfast was amazing! Massive portions and freshly cooked! Reasonable prices, very friendly staff. Couldn't ask for more! Highly recommend and definitely coming again!
I visited this cafe after googling for good coffee. The cafe is nice, friendly and clean but it is absolutely not a visit for someone wanting a “good coffee”. A hotel lobby style press one button machine and at a price of a whacking £2.95 is absolutely outrageous. I ordered a flat white without looking at the machine. I got a hot white coffee but really not what I expected.
I didn’t try the food or anything else. The food must be excellent to rate as 4.9 but sorry, the price point for a one-push coffee was outrageous.
We heard a new cafe had opened and decided to meet friends for breakfast. Our food was delicious and the cafe was comfortable and welcoming. We dined in but take aways we’re also available. Would definitely recommend. Just a note the breakfast comes with toast not shown in the photos.
Can't tell how great this place is, the food is amazing, great presentation, fab service, Dan really has got this spot on, always making sure customers have what they need and the cafe is clean, inviting and maintained. Lovely brunch today and great service. A credit to you Dan and the town. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
We had what must be described as a very nice breakfast well 10/10 I don't like hash brown's I was given an alternative ????so I had an extra bacon which was excellent and my partner she doesn't like sausage I got that ????% perfect ????
This place well what can I say, it was the best find yet, we were having a spa day at the hotel near by and wanted to get breakfast before we went, we thought would try here and my god the breakfast was lovely and was filling as well, the cuppa of tea beats most places, plenty of room to sit in, WiFi as well, great prices and the staff were friendly as well. If you are passing by defo worth a stop in to get something to eat, the cakes etc all looked lovely as well.
I travel for work and eat out regularly. This cafe is potentially the best food I've eaten. You can taste the quality in the products they use. I'd give more stars if I could.
Could not fault the waiting staff, they were very friendly and approached us to make us feel welcome throughout. Food was good with good portions but nothing special and was a bit disappointed to have to wait 45 minutes from ordering to get a breakfast when there was only 11 people in there total (3 of them were already eating). All in all would go again but only if there was a shorter wait.
