I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. I was referred here by 111 for emergency treatment as had severe tooth pain. From the moment I walked in I was put at ease. Both dental receptionist's were lovely and helpful and the dentist I saw was so thorough. I ended up with antibiotics for an abscess and within hours I felt so much better and pain free. Thanks to everyone.
I literally love this dentist!! We aren’t registered as NHS we are in Shirley which we hate but we go semi private here with Ariel and she’s absolutely amazing. She’s so thorough she really takes the time with you where most dentists just rush you around and she’s so sweet. The reception staff here are so so lovely nothing like Shirley they are so kind. I had such a fear of the dentist I was literally shaking before extraction but Ariel has restored my faith in the dentist cannot thank her enough!
Hygienist was excellent. Told me what she was doing at every stage and was kind and attentive. When I had sensitivity she stopped and said have a rest. She concluded by showing me where and how I needed to brush. The only downside was her assistant who appeared to be in a bad mood.
Very lovely practice, my husband had an emergency appointment and we were greeted friendly by the receptionist Marianna who is very patient and she explained everything clearly( both to us and to other clients on the phone). Had the checkup and wad given an X ray, both the dentist and the nurse Phoebe are very lovely and professional, giving us advices on the toothpaste and mouthwash. Highly recommend this practice.
I was treated by Dr Ariel Huang for some fillings and a clean. Dr. Huang is the BEST dentist I have ever seen.
She was extremely thorough during my first check up and also very gentle and patient during the course of my treatment.
All the staff at Damira have been very kind and patient in answering all my queries and guided me towards the best price for all the treatment I needed as we all know how expensive it can be. I have had a very positive experience with this practice and highly reccommend it to anyone needing a dentist.
The locum dentists that I saw was awful, I struggled to understand him. He was very heavy handed and dug the sharp instrument into my gums , when I told him it hurt and to stop he continued, upsetting me greatly.
On a positive note the reception staff were amazing and very helpful when I came out of the room in tears. This is normally a lovely dentist but my experience yesterday has put me off dentists for life.
Dr R, amended & measured with precision fitting. I can smile again now and not be so conscious. Such a great reception team too! Thank you!
Needed an emergency appointment for a filling that has come lose, managed to get one the next day with lots of options. Appointment was on time and fixed quickly I was in and out within 45 mins. Both Dentist were lovely and put me as ease.
