Top guys, Duncan is an absolute guru with vehicle electrics and electronics. The fact that they're flat out busy, speaks for itself, cannot fault them, always happy to give advice and pointers when I was struggling to find the issues with my car. Ended up putting it to them, and they sorted it. Brilliant.

I was having starting issue's with my Audi RS4 b7 after the car had been in storage for nearly a year, being a mechanic myself, the starting circuit on these cars are rather complicated, but on speaking with Duncan and explaining the length of time the car had been in storage over the past 12 years with short runs in-between, he diagnosed the problem without even looking at the car, he is a genius !
My Jaguar XFS had numerous code issues and the guys did an excellent job of sorting the CPU.They took the time to explain everything and a detailed print out.Absolutely Tiptop service and would highly recommend them!
I contacted Duncan after been recommended by jaguar in Inverness as I had bought a car with a alternator charging issue I spoke to Duncan in November who said that the issue was probably with the aftermarket alternator as to the charging issue and recommended having a genuine one fitted so following his recommendation I did this at a cost of £950 only for the current issue to cause this alternator to stop working
I called multiple times to be asked to call back so I did after 4 calls I felt I should just leave my number with them as the information I would need would take less than 4 minutes of his time with no reply I thought I would call into the shop I understand he is very busy but to be spoken to as he has just spoke to me is disrespectful and horribly rude especially after following his advice all he had to say was please wait and book the car in with us for January already cost me a lot of money after following his advice to be told go away as he doesn’t have time to look at stupid jaguar cars ( politely)
