This also occurred 2 weeks ago (but I let that go).
On ringing them to inform them of today’s / previous experience, the only response I got was, I’ll remember for next time.
Not even an apology.

Beyond the excellent service, I must commend you on the quality of your sandwiches, pies, and confectionery. In my opinion, they are truly the best for miles around. The freshness of the ingredients and the attention to flavor combinations set your offerings apart, making each bite a genuine pleasure.
I mean, they have been making sandwiches for nearly 50 years, go for it.
The place is extremely clean, it feels fantastic when you walk in, the staff is super friendly and the food/desserts are to die for, you can't go wrong.

Local sandwich shop which has always done the best quality food! Today I picked up two Easter egg cheesecakes for a treat and they was absolutely beautiful! Would definitely recommend and will keep coming back! Thank you as always such lovely friendly staff too!!????
I have been going over to Barnsley from Wigan, nearly every week for the past 4 years.
Everytime I go I get food from here.
I even bring sandwiches and pies home for tea.
Choice of food and quality are second to none.
Staff are so friendly, they make you feel like one of the family, whether you are a regular like me or a first time customer.
Thank you Katie and your staff for being helpful and accommodating when l ordered a take away buffet. Nothing was too much trouble and the food was delicious.
