Some food are just OK. But the comunication are totaly rubbish.They dont speak and understand english AT ALL!! dont you dare ask them simply question about food - they wont understand you!! ????I've tried Chinese food from Poplar road and the food is much much better and also comunication are way much better that at Batchley Rd. chinese

Proper dodgy typical tax dodging Chinese, a hand written sign on arrival by the counter stating its cash only payment method.

Special fried rice... oh wait, does the special fried rice come with bbq sauce as stated on your menus???
"Yes it does"....
OK, please remove the pot of bbq sauce then, I'll have that rice dish.
?.... 10 minutes later at home, unpacking the food and find a pot of sauce. Open the sauce and its sweet n sour sauce which was not ordered. Open the rice dish to find more sweet and sour sauce on the rice and no bbq sauce.

Never ordered from here before, thought I would try somewhere new… Food never arrived, I was told a maximum of 90 minutes for delivery. Called after 2 hours to be asked “have you still not had your food? Let me call the driver” and was told id get a phone call back, never did. Every time I phoned after that it rang out or they would reject the call!
£30 down and no food. Don’t waste your time or money!

Worst chowmein Iv ever had tonight. Noodles are like watery worms… physically can’t eat it. Chicken is cut that small you can barely see it. Gross and the BBQ sauce looks like dish water.
The food is lovely. Shame about the waiting time on new year's eve. Got told it would be 45mins to collect. Went to collect the food and they hadn't even started making it. Someone came in and ordered food and got theirs before me. No apology from the owner.
