Receptionist was nice and friendly to us however the services are awful, was quoted £1000+ of services on a failed MOT altogether, fixed for £300 the following day ourselves and passed at another garage first time following day, not to mention a ‘fault’ we had was in perfect condition. I dread to think of someone elderly or vulnerable coming here thinking these prices are fair and normal.

Took my car to a well known garage chain for service who advised back brake discs were low and under manufacturer guidelines however upon booking my garage in with cross motors for mot and brake work as advised they called me to say that the car had passed mot and nothing wrong with back brakes, but in fact my front discs were a little low, moral of the story don't trust a certain well known chain with a pushbike! Could unnecessarily cost me a lot of money had it not been for the honest and professional service I received from the guys at cross motors!
A friend recommended this garage and I have not been disappointed. Kelly (Reception) is friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. Competitive pricing and they loaned me a car whilst mine was having the work done. Highly recommended ????
An incredibly knowledgeable and professional experience. Front desk to the workshop and courtesy vehicles the entire operation is exactly what you would want from a garage or professional workshop. Everything is fully explained, clearly communicated and expertly implemented. When you need a service like this business provides you want to know you are being well cared for and that what your being told is truthful and trustworthy - Cross Motors are all that and more. If you want to really treat and care for your vehicle then the Cross Motor team are real engineers, genuine experts and will make sure you are well looked after.
Had outstanding help today at very short notice. Kelly really helped and using her own initiative helped me to get BMW to recognise a fault was eligible to be replaced under a recall, which up to that point, 2 BMW dealerships would not accept as valid.. previous work over the last few years also always been no problems..
I had three I. Asians to have work completed st this garage.
All of them were completed perfectly and also with great customer service too.
The owner actually cares about you and his business. The staff are very flexible and try to help you out, if you have changes do make.
All in all, I’ve finally found a garage where I can trust those involved.

Started off well then went downhill rather fast. First off, the car came back without the fuel lines re attached causing fuel to leak all over the engine bay, took it back to rectify the issue, it then came back again and the injector clamp had been overtightened and sheered off causing a severe smoke filling the cabin with exhaust, took it back again to rectify the problem, finally it came back no leaks or breaks but half the engine insulatin had been rammed down the side of the engine and alot of the pipework was not reattached to their holding clips.
Courtesy car also broke down whilst i was using it!
Very disappointing experience
