This lovely pharmacy looked after my mother Elaine for years, bringing her medicine to her home and checking up on her very complex needs. I moved to them myself and I continue to be impressed with their cheerful friendliness and expertise. Thank you!
I was at this pharmacy needing guidance about eye drops, because I had an allergy in my eyes and I still hadn't been able to go to the doctor. An extremely arrogant lady attended me, barely looked me in the face, didn't stop arranging the shelves while I was talking to her. He took some eye drops, said to use it 3 times a day, said "it's 5.99 pounds, you can pass the card" and that's it! I asked if it would be safe to use antibiotic eye drops, she only replied: "this is a pharmacy, why are you asking me that"? Very rude!!! I left there and came back later, because I saw on the package insert that I shouldn't use it if I have eye pain and I told her that my eye hurt.She then started to criticize me, saying that I had already arrived there talking about the doctor, that I should have gone to the doctor and not to a pharmacy, and that I had already bought the eye drops and that I couldn't return it! In other words, she just wanted to push anything at me so I could get out of there and that's it. Of course I didn't keep quiet, because that's not how a CLIENT is treated, she then, at the height of her arrogance, said she wouldn't argue with me and went back to her service!????I then demanded the purchase receipt and she kept ignoring me.I then demanded the purchase receipt and she kept ignoring me. NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY THIS PLACE IS ALWAYS EMPTY!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IN ANY WAY, THEY SOLD ME INADEQUATE DRUG, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
An extremely friendly outfit , , , I've been with them for some years now, found the two ladies and the gentleman very polite, very friendly and very competent. They've always provided valuable advice on my medication and health issues . . . . Was really saddened by unsubstantiated and wild remarks by Mr. Chris Goncalves - looks like a motivated act .
I wish the best to this very helpful,, highly organized pharmacy and would recommend it to anyone looking for a complete health provider .

Poor service! A grumpy woman who doesn't look you in the face and knows you begrudgingly! They renovated the pharmacy, they should change the human material too! Go far! There are many good pharmacies in the area! I recommend NEW CARE Pharmacy, where the employees are extremely human, kind, answer your questions and don't just want to PUSH products on people! In fact, that's what you expect from a pharmacy, isn't it??!
Exceptional Service. I could not rate this Pharmacy highly enough. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. My first experience of this pharmacy was walking in with stomach ache, they were very sympathetic and kind and recommended the appropriate treatment. When my husbands regular medication was discontinued by the manufacturer they went above and beyond to recommend alternatives and gave advice on what to do next. They are knowledgeable, thorough, patient centred, thoughtful, kind and clear with in everything they do.
I have been a customer here, for approx 3 years. The service is second to none. Unable to get back on time ( to pick up prescriptions) from work all of this week, I simply called the pharmacist, who gave me peace of mind and reassurance. She was also able to order an item , not in stock, which was ready the next day . So good to have such a reliable , efficient service on my door step. Just excellent service.
