I usually buy food from Cottage Peri Peri. It is very well kept and clean. The owner Bala is also very friendly and efficient. He always welcomes everyone warmly and has obviously built good relationships with customers. They serve a variety of fast food options.
I would have given zero star. Worst and rude person ever who is handling till. He doesn't know how to talk with customers. Having asked the tissues more he denied rudely. He didn't give sauce in the pots or in the boxes. He said no for everything. Went for the first and last time. I have witnessed the shop empty in the rush hours. Now I understand the reason. Worst than ever experience.
Went here with my friend but found short curly genital hair in my food. The owners are very rude and shouted at me when I said that I want to order . Not to mention that the woman has teeth like a vampire
Great food - I especially enjoy the spicy chicken wings and chicken strips! The prices are great and the owner is really friendly.

Worst customer service. The guy who is on the till is so rude doesn’t have manner how to talk to the customer at all 0 etiquettes. I wish i had an option to put half a star for the service still you are lucky.
Extremely rude staff. Wouldn't listen to what I needed. Asked for cheesy chips and was provided 3 slices of cheese in a seperate bag. I asked which sauces they have he shouted just ketchup and mayo, although I could clearly see many others on the counter. When I asked him to please listen to me he started shouting and told me "he doesn't have time". Chips and strips tasted like they had been rubbed against somebody's dry backside hole. I have lived here all my life, 2nd time I've been here and both times as bad as each other. Don't bother unless you want to be shouted at and eat food that's dryer than ghandis foot
The grilled chicken here is fantastic
Quick service chicken a bit dry kept getting dirty looks but except from that pretty good.
