Mac and cheese is a firm favorite along with cappuccino. Nice and airy inside with comfortable seating. Service A1 with well thought out outside seating to enjoy your coffee in the sun should you be inclined.
Was really excited to see they were building a Costa within 5m of my house and what a fantastic location. No complaints with the service or the Kit Kat bunny muffin. It's a lovely place. Imagine my disappointment though to see that what should be an excellent view over the marsh estuary, has been completely ruined by putting a huge wooden fence around the complex. This is a massive wasted opportunity and ruins one of the best Costa locations I have been to.
Accused me of trying to defraud them for free toasties, after they served me this, and made excuses. I went back in to get a telephone number and was then offered free toasties. Sat outside 15min waiting, to then go in and be accused of being a fraud. ruined my day out with my daughter. Reported to police and Whitbred for being an absolute disgrace to the brand.
Staff extremely friendly serving with a smile on both occasions when I’ve recently visited. New modern store, slightly cold and in need of more soft furnishings to reduce the echo and warehouse feel.

Probably would not use again, as off our normal routes. We had vouchers so thought would check it out, coffee was very nice.
Brand new Costa, Lea, staff were lovely, the coffee and food were nice. They have a place to wash your reusable cup on the way in. And a wonderful recycling station, for cups, lids, paper etc. It's neatly set out and easy to use. Located at the same point were you collect your sugar and mixers, they will also recycle anybody's disposable cups and lids... So keep hold and drop them off when your visiting Costa. (All Costa shops will recycle disposable cups and lids)
Brand new Costa ..nice first visit
Good Coffee ..Toast was good too
and good value for money ..the bear on top of my flat white nice touch ..I did think however the portion size of the cakes rather small
