Great variety of beverages and such as you would expect, very well made too. Nice simple food options including toasties and small cakes.
Friendly and approachable staff members inside of a very nice, peaceful building and very atmospheric in terms of its design.

Went and reserved a table for my Mum and Sister in the Costa in Kirkby, then when they came decided what to have along with a hot drink.
Am there several times a week. Hard working gals behind the counter. They are always pleasant, smiling, and fast. Great crew!! Love your frozen drinks.
Cheese and tomatoe toastie, a latte and piece and quiet. Chills vill. ????
Have just called there at 7:15pm Thursday with my wife and son. It said on the door it is open until 8pm Mon-Fri. The door way locked with a guy inside indicating that they were closed. I suspect this was a staff early dart! DISAPPOINTED! Trained staff should not be allowed to wind the business down because they want to be walking out the door dead on 8pm.
I come here a lot and it is always the highlight of my day out. Today was lovely in particular and Emma was an amazing server who made me feel very welcomed.
Really friendly staff and classic Costa experience.
Very relaxed environment and friendly staff who can deal with the more challenging customers easily and professionally.
They have an access code now for their toilets that can be found on your receipt. This is so only customers can use the toilets and to stop them from being abused and left in a mess so much.
The council need to build toilets in that area of the town centre to remove the lack-of-toilets problem which puts a strain on restaurants etc.
