Best KPortal Reviews

Fresh food delicious coffee and friendly staff. The prices is dependents what you looking for but no other coffee can compare with having a costa. The app gives you beans and when you have 8 you have a free coffee. Friday they have some rewards. The app was better before because with the points you was able to off some of the cost or buy something else not just coffee.
Awful. Auto'd to large. I said I didn't want a big one. Given smaller cup no refund. Asked for whole milk was given semi skimmed ....she realised the mistake, didn't apologise. No thank yous no pleases...just rude. Don't know why I continue to go to Costa always disappointed
Hi I moved here 9 months ago and buy about 4 Costas a day the staff are very welcoming and friendly the girls NOLA and Izzy and Zoe are so nice there helpful cheerful and always very polite and start conversations when I go in there there all so nice also a big thank you to Andy for the kindness what more can I say the best restaurant for Costa I be been to a lot and White River Costa seems to be the best friendliest one yet keep up the good work guys and see you all later forgot to mention Micheal and Amelia think that's all of the staff I regularly see
Here at 4pm, wanted to have a coffee and feed my granddaughter, but they had cleaned sections and blocked them off. Luckily I asked before I ordered. And was told no we'd have to wait for a seat. I told them I'd go somewhere else as they shouldn't clean and block areas off while still open. I used to work in the trade, disgusting. Missed out on sale for 4 people. But Tengo was open and fantastic service, and they close at 4.30 and all areas where open.
The staff here are always so lovely, we go everytime we are in St Austell, they are really careful to make the hot chocolate cooler for children and they have always been kind when we have ordered. The place is usually clean when we have been and they have a lot of window seating.
Always a nosiy and busy store
Service is OK, staff seem friendly enough. Seems to have changed some staff since I was there last
Not a huge selection of cakes available, and it was only 10.30 am when we arrived
Tables are always dirty, even when they are not busy. Tables are left with dirty cups and plates
The toilets are average, not spotlessly cleaned. I don't know how often they are checked
On my last visit, the back of the toilet was piled with empty toilet roll cardboard. Water on the floor from people using the dryer and tissues on the floor
I don't rate this particular branch of Costa, nor many of them these days. It wasn't my choice of venue, but it appears it's the only cafe that stays open past 4pm in the precinct
my daughter was on her period and we went inside for a drink after we finished our drink we went to go to the tiolet because she needed to sort herself out and one of the rude staff members shouted at my daughter for standing near the tiolet saying are you using the tiolet well you can’t it’s not a public one and tolled us to use to one’s that don’t get cleaned even though it is and we had just brought things from there ungrateful staff extremely rude and made my daughter very upset overall a horrible experience i didn’t see her name tag otherwise would have put it in here aswell
St Austell really is a struggling place. I've been travelling down to Cornwall to complete the South West Coast Path on and off for a few years now, and this town has to be the most disappointing I've come across in the region. Even a small supermarket in the town centre doesn't exist (there is a Co-op a few mins walk outside the main area). So whilst this Costa is pretty basic, I'm marking it as 4 stars, because at least it's here! I needed somewhere to wait for a bus for an hour and it was the only viable option around. Strangely the Costa app has the wrong location details for this shop, and this Google listing isn't managed by the chain as other ones are. A forgotten Costa in a forgotten town.
