Great to see traditional old fashioned butcher at work. Haggis, black pudding and sausages etc home made and bacon hand cut. All were perfect and made delicious breakfasts. Well recommended and we’ll be back when next in the area. A must visit for holiday makers

Got some mince from him in October, first class, cut the steak, and then put it through the mincer in front of us. Was that good we ordered a 2 rib of beef for Xmas, just had that for xmas dinner, best wevwe had in many years, great quality butcher highly recommended

Bought a sirloin steak and some vegetables from Cormack's, it was probably the best steak I've had. So tender, well aged and cut to order. Highly recommended.
