As you'd expect the wait time is horrendous. Waiting rooms were full with people sitting on the floor. Car park is a joke.
Friendly staff, good information, clean, modern place
Was recommended to come here by pharmacy because we could not get a drs appointment, long wait but it was worth it, given antibiotics and feel so much better now, would recommend
Went to this health centre on the 28th of Oct, was told by health assistant that I had an ear infection and was prescribed with ear drops.
Had to attend A and E on the following Tues due to extreme Pain and dizziness,
Was then immediately diagnosed with Bells Palsy and Shingles of the ear, was prescribed with 6 different types of medication.
Utter incompetence by the NHS, was unable to post a zero star, but I can assure you I would have if possible.
The staff were very helpful and experienced

I don't know what the difference between Corby Health Complex and the Lakeside Surgery but either way my experience here is very negative as it's difficult to arrange a doctors appointment as they force you to phone up at 8am when it's impossible to make an appointment online, you used to be able to, they took it away and now it's discriminating those who cannot use the phone.
Very busy quite a long wait
