This practise went above and beyond in their duty of care for me. I went as an emergency appointment with a raging tooth abscess and huge swelling which required two different courses of antibiotics, one of which was rushed out to me mid surgery. After the removal which was a breeze (easy and painless) she carried on to remove another 2 teeth at further apps and then suggested and made a partial upper denture to help with the missing teeth. I was/am so extremely grateful that this dentist was compassionate enough to help so much, beyond that first appointment and give me back a working set of teeth. All of the staff were extremely polite and considerate. It gladdens the heart knowing there are still people out there that go several steps further then they need to, to help someone. The best practise I have ever been too.
After the surgery has undergone new management I can happily rate it 5 stars. I lost my NHS dentist due to covid and needed some emergency work done, copperhouse dental saw me on a Sunday which is amazing they provide this on its own, but I was seen to and have been given extra appointments since. Sukhpreet Sharma has been so supportive and kind towards me, and it puts me at ease as I have anxiety towards dentistry. Would highly recommend.
What a fab service! I am a certified 'dentophobe' and even I can cope here. Very gentle, understanding staff, very professional and very kind to me. I highly recommend to all, especially those of a nervous disposition! 10/10.
Such a fantastic experience and feel very lucky to have visited today. Friendly and professional at reception, the X-rays were quick and easy, the tooth extraction was efficient informative and calm. Mrs Sharma and Dental Nurse make a superb team and I am sincerely thankful to both to have the pain resolved. Having such good dental care is something we are blessed to receive in UK. Thankyou
I’ve been using Copperhouse Dental Surgery since 2016, all the staff are absolutely amazing. Friendly receptionist and Dental Staff, I know I wasn’t looking forward to having a couple of teeth removed, however, the procedure went smoothly and painless. They are all a credit to there profession.
After a recent check up indicated the need to extract a molar I attended yesterday 28th Nov with some trepidation. My fears were unfounded, the dentist was reassuring and explained the procedure plus possible after effects in detail. The extraction was quick and relatively painless and indeed I suffered no pain or swelling for the rest of the day - especially after bingeing ice cream on dentist's advice!

Very worrying!!!!! A worrying practice. I will be potentially gaining 3rd opinion from highly established qualied doctors, higher up, about side effects of teeth extraction on already sick patients. Such illness should not deam patients that they lack capacity to say no to further surgery of tooth extractions.
