Honestly the kindest and sweetest individual.
It was the first time I’ve been in a car accident and the service was amazing, I didn’t even have to wait long for my car to be picked up. They insanely delivered my car directly to my house and even had room to accommodate my friends.
They came on behalf of the AA (who were rubbish) and I could not have asked for a more helpful and kind person. The owner himself came and picked me up and helped me to get home which was 65 miles away. Nothing was too much trouble and he made sure I got home safe after being stuck on the Motoway for 5 hours (due to AA not Concorde). If I lived closer I would definitely go here for all my car troubles. Thank you again.

These people picked us up on a frozen Saturday evening from the side of the A5 and carried us all the way back to Herefordshire. Outstanding, professional service, very friendly as well. They rescued what could have been a miserable weekend.

Was stuck on the M6 Slip road yesterday. Shray was really nice when he came, asked me to take a seat in the truck whilst he sorted the car out. Felt comfortable throughout the recovery process and getting to home especially as I was nervous being a lone female. He communicated well throughout, kept me posted on the situation and what is going to happen next. Excellent service. Thankyou!
P.S Good driving skills as my street is very tight to manoeuvre a car let alone a big truck!
