Popular local bakery. Great selection of baked goods and hot pastries. Enjoyed the giant custard tart and fresh hot cross buns. Went back for eat in lunch. Several tables not cleared or cleaned. Slow service at peak times. Many menu items not available.
Incredible tasting food ruined by appalling customer service from rude and dismissive staff.
The lady behind the counter full on shouted at the vunerable guy I support who has severe learning disabilities. I explained calmly to her his condition and how he doesn't understand and she started being rude to me and carried on shouting at him.
I'm absolutely appauled with how we were treated today and after hearing other people say they were treated the exactly the same by the same lady I'm supprised she still has a job
Never had a problem nothing is to much trouble staff are friendly and polite food is a great price and tastes great
Would be a pleasant place to go were it not for the rude and miserable lady behind the counter. As dated as it is inside, it reminds me of the 90’s and I liked the 90’s. Sadly, I do not like the rude lady behind the counter. The younger lady is very polite and pleasant. Maybe she could teach the other lady about manners and etiquette. ????♂️????♂️

Friendly welcoming staff, everything looks tasty, but I can only vouch for the sausage rolls and vanilla slice, which were both excellent. Hot chocolate and a sausage roll is the perfect cure for pre-April showers.
Bought a ham salad sandwich. Went to eat it and the ham was green and just mainly fat. Sandwiches not worth the money. Also the member of staff had never seen me before so was rather rude to me compared to the other customers.
