Collison care Gatwick have done such a great job on my car it looks brand new again. Lovely company everyone is friendly and they picked up and dropped my car back. Definitely recommend.

On Tuesday morning after a bank holiday weekend I turned up at CS Auto with one of the Wedding Cars. The the front wing stoved in by a careless person parking. That car was booked to collect a bride 4 days later and new panels are not available for these old cars. 36 hours later I was called to say it had been repaired. If that doesn't warrant a 5 star review I don't know what does.
Collision Care carried out repairs to the front of my Toyota Prius, on behalf of my insurance company. Everything was sorted and it was returned cleaned. Very friendly, helpful staff.
Garage chosen by insurance company to carry out accident repairs. Nice people, did great job, but a long way from me. Their automated message system was a bit out of sync (got a message telling me repair done before they even had car ????) but they are on the ball when you speak to them. Only problem I had was time waiting for drivers to collect car, cos they are in Crawley, but they are good at what they do, and I would recommend them, and use them, if closer to me
I just collected my car with 100% satisfaction. Not only have I satisfied with the quality and the time of the repairs, but their customer service is excellent. All staff in CS Auto are very kind. Particularly, Carol (?) in reception is one of the best staff I have ever met.
They should be proud of themselves.

The repair looks great.
But. Tiny courtesy car smelled of cigarettes and my car's battery was not reconnected properly so cut out two days later. I did warn them it had been disconnected by recovery driver and asked when picking it up.
Would be happy to use again should I need to.
