This is a great pharmacy. Great people work here. Great pharmacist as he recently helped me out by seeing my little ones. I couldn't get a GP appointment at the time, however, he did all the checks needed, ended up going A&E and now my kids are much better. Basically they got diagnosed at the right time thanks to the pharmacist. I left my old pharmacy to come here all the time!
I call in regarding my daughter prescription and received professional information and advice. I get into the store and I experience really good customer service from the main pharmacist Mohamed, always smiling and helpful. Really nice experience. Recommend. Thank you Collins Pharmacy. The service provided is excellent. The staff are very helpful. The main pharmacist is so helpful and informative. I have no complaints about the team or the dispensery. Well done, keep it up.
I have been tolerating this for a while and I feel this should be addressed. The staff member, Pam makes the experience of collecting a prescription and discussing any queries unpleasant. The lack of etiquette and matters coming from her are purely unprofessional. It is also not fair on elderly and those who are not proficient in English writing to be expected to write down names and other details.
I am very happy with the service at Collins. I have been going there for many years and they have always been helpful with my plethora of complicated health issues. Would definitely recommend

Awful chemist with horrible staff working there. The pharmacists think they own the place. They also call people liars although it's their own fault.
