Their hall was booked for a local club event...not cheap but not too expensive either. On entry, the hall was freezing with only 2 small (and I mean small!) electric heaters, given the job of heating such a large area...that was never going to work. What grinds my gears is that these owners are happy to take a fee but provide such poor hospitality in return...how miserable and greedy. I will be recommending to the club's committee that this venue be blacklisted. I'm very suspicious of bars that insist on 'cash only'...even fast-food vans accept card payments! Unless of course a card reader doesn’t function well in such cold conditions! Oh no wait, the bar area wasn’t cold at all unlike the staffs’ attitude…couldn’t care less when one staff member was asked for more heaters, they obviously don’t like working there. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

It was good but prices were terrible 1.40 for a fruit shoot and 1.80 for a can of ginger
1st time at this venue, plenty if choice at the bar friendly staff and a good welcome.
