How long does it take for a beneficiary to receive an inheritance?In my case nearly 13 years and still waiting . Contact made through my exwife who I have had no contact with in 17 years, and sent to an address that she had moved from 7 months earlier. Im not the hardest person to trace having lived in the same property 15 years. Long story.
Finally received my inheritance. Because of the timespan a shortfall of 000's in value. Offered £55 as token gesture.
Reported them to the legal Ombudsman.
Vicky is brilliant at what she does. I have been dealing with Vicky on a professional level for a couple of years now and her approach is always straight to the point and friendly. She is always happy to help despite being extremely busy and goes above and beyond for her customers. Highly recommend

When the house sold I notified Clayton Mott and Lawton, Sutton in Ashfield. I worked very closely with the conveyancer, Vicky, she was supportive throughout the whole process.
We came across an issue with the flying freehold and unfortunately delayed the sale of the property until the issue was rectified. Vicky was helpful and carried out the work to correct the flying freehold issue. She worked really hard to rectify the issue and did this in a timely manner. I was kept informed throughout.
I 100% recommend the conveyancing service to others and if I am ever in a position to buy or sell a house I would definitely be a returning customer.

The single worst legal firm I have ever encountered. Difficult, slow, unprofessional and almost downright rude, they've made the process of moving home about as unpleasant as it could be. I would honestly only recommend them to someone I wanted to cause a significant amount of stress. There are numerous more effective, faster and cheaper firms than this rabble
