First class service and expertise received at Clarks Garage, Walken. Took my Renault Kadjar in with several long running engine faults, all of which couldn't be fixed by two previous garages, at my expense. The boys at Clarks identified and diagnosed the problems straight away and had all faults repaired and cleared within 24 hours. All done at a fair price and excellent service. Two weeks in and the car is running like a dream. Definitely my first choice garage for all future services/MOTs and repairs. Highly recommend, especially to Renault owners.
After recently moving to Walkern, I am glad I went local for an MOT as these guys were superb. Very professional, friendly and provided a great service. A pleasure to deal with.
We have used this garage several times, clutch repair and a suspension issue on a van, and a hand/foot brake replacement on a car. We received excellent service from Tom, and find this to be a good honest Garage, with reasonable pricing. Hard to find these days. We highly recommend this garage.
Nice to see a local family run garage still operating a manned petrol forecourt. Tom and his team are well known and many people use this garage. We have found them to be very responsive and when you have that emergency they generally get you fitted in quickly. No they are not cheap but then quality service has never been cheap. You want cheap look elsewhere. You want good , reliable local service, look no further
Very positive experience! Took our Nissan Juke to Clarks Garage as air con had stopped working, they seem to have fixed the problem and all at a good price and good, friendly service. Will definitely use them again in the future.
They were up front about not being able to fix my car and charged a small fee for their time testing the car, to identify the fault. They were also recommended a garage that did fix my car. Who were also great.
Amazing value, lovely staff and a proper old school village garage. Lucky to have them on our doorstep.
Very expensive. I was quoted £220 for part needed for my car, then with the fitting of the part, an additional £100.
Went online, found the same part brand new for £95-£125 from various shops.
On ANOTHER occasion, had MOT completed which was all good, though they did mess up my electrics in my car.
I went straight back, and they were more than happy to fix it (they are good guys) but they messed something else up which I never had time to resolve as was away, and then came back and just never found time to get it sorted and now here we are 3 months later still with the problem!
Can't really complain about it now, so that is my fault for leaving it so long, but the problem shouldn't be there in the first place, so it's KINDA theirs. Point being, I reckon if I had gone back again, they would have looked at it no problem.
Basically, I would encourage shopping around. I don't think the electrics issue is a major concern - as they did (at least try to) fix it - BUT they are very expensive.
