Have been using this pharmacy for the past few months, staff are helpful and you get your prescriptions relatively quickly, only had to wait a few days for two prescriptions which needed to be ordered in.
This pharmacy is a fraud. They charged £110 for prescription painkillers and then refused to deliver same day as they promised. Tried to get relatives to collect meds and they refused saying that they would need to answer too much security questions. I asked for a refund if I wasn’t getting the prescription same day and they ignored me. I sent a message saying that I was going to report them and they became nasty and abusive. I didn’t read the reviews before and I’m sad to see it’s not just me who has been duped by them.
Great pharmacy. They are friendly and give good service. There is a Spanish lady who works there who has great people skills. She always has a smile for me and a positive attitude which I appreciate. She is an asset to Clarks :-)
This pharmacy have been taking part in illegal activities surrounding medication. I'd been having issues with my medication making me extremely unwell with poisoning symptoms and with it not having the effects it should have. It arrived unsealed (out of the original packaging) as it was dispensed weekly, and due to this, I had concerns that it was being tampered with. I brought this up and was dismissed on multiple occasions. Eventually I complained to the regulatory body for the pharmacy but didn't get much help. I then received one medication that was unsigned, unchecked and realised that the other medication had repeatedly been sent when it was out of date. Staff have laughed at me on the phone for calling out what's going on and then ensure that the medication is checked by a responsible pharmacist (directly after sending it out unsigned, unchecked and out of date medications - this isn't responsible). At this time I requested information on the pharmacy's business information that they are legally required to provide when asked, and their response was to cancel all of my scripts and essentially ban me from the pharmacy. Just the other day the pharmacy refused a script from my GP and sent it back. The pharmacy are involved with criminal activities, organised crime and corruption that I've been trying to whistleblow for the last 2 years. Nothing changes and the more people they involve, the more people join in to cover it up. There are some very nasty, dark things going on within the NHS and I will continue to whistleblow it. I have no doubt the response by the pharmacy will be to gaslight and to blame my mental health and say that I'm wrong, but I'm not. The only way it's possible to say that I'm wrong and this isn't true is if you completely ignore the hundreds of pages of evidence I have, which they do. I will not stop whistleblowing, so it would be better if the people involved do the right thing instead of continuing to attempt to cover this up.
If I could I would not give any stars. I had been going to this pharmacy for over 15years but since new owner came it’s been disappointing experiences for me. Their Asian pharmacist is very rude and doesn’t know himself. I will be making formal complaint about this man. Pharmacy used to be 10/10 but unfortunately for me now 0/10 NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!
They deliver faster than Amazon Prime! I was struggling to get out when I needed my prescriptions from my previous pharmacy, and they took much longer to issue them. Clark Chemist has made getting my medications so much easier.
This used to be one of the best independent chemists in the area. All the staff were really friendly and the pharmacist would regularly go above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. Sadly, within the last year, the pharmacist, and several other members of staff have been replaced and the service has really suffered. Nearly everyone here has a bad attitude and will do the bare minimum to help you out. I've now switched to a different chemist.
I have been a customer for years, at Clarks Chemist, the staff are brilliant and very helpful, they have always been there for us,and as for us, that's Our Local and we're there for them Also, I'm very happy ???? too have them as my Chemist, They Really Deserve An Award!!!
