I have used Clacys for over 20 years; I have always felt they go the extra mile (or more likely two) to ensure a really good job and I have never once been disappointed by their work. Their prices seem reasonable - you expect to pay fairly for experienced mechanics and everything seems expensive these days. Clacys are a rare breed and I feel look after their customers well.
They looked at my car quickly in an emergency and got the work completed quickly. Reay friendly and helpful

Absolutely no clue when it comes to Mot. How does someone come up with 18 advisories, and 6 Majors, on a vehicle that has had a clear Mot history for the last 10 years.

Since when has a slightly out of line Bulb been a major defect?
We had an issue with our vehicle while in the area - although they were busy they took a look and sorted us out so we could continue our journey home - great independent garage which we are missing
Had a blow out on one of my tyres on a major road nearby. I was taken here as I was a long way from home. On arrival I was seen by a lady very quickly, she stated that they had to order the tyre in . Approx 2 hours later I had a new tyre on my car & checks had been done. Fantastic service by everyone, reasonable prices. Thank you
My car broke down 200 miles from home, and Clacy's kindly agreed to try and sort it.
They went the extra mile-kind, caring, and the service was thorough and efficient.
