Knowing that I was visiting for a wisdom tooth extraction, I was extremely nervous and apprehensive. However, Mr Fraser was absolutely fantastic. He put me at ease, and explained everything that he might have to do (even though I didn't really want to know), and then proceeded to 'winkle' the tooth out within about 30 seconds. A pain-free extraction, with no problems, very little blood and no remaining fear about going back if I ever have to.
All the staff were friendly and politely welcoming - they each provide a fantastic service and can only be highly praised. No complaints from me at all!

Saw dentist as emergency Monday 20th (didn't catch the name of dentist sorry) had the appointment at 4pm. Was not a straight forward extraction but everything was explained prior to the start so I was fully informed. Still recovering today from the ordeal but that was of no fault to the dentist or nurse. Sorry to have been a difficult customer. Thank you again and you both were so patient with me and kind caring professionals. Dawn Burr
Once again I needed to visit the access clinic for treatment then an extraction. I can not praise Eleanor, the dentist, and Helen, the nurse enough. They are so kind, compassionate, friendly yet remain professional The clinic is the best
I would like to thank the dentist who treated me yet again as I can not get a dentist in wisbech kings Lynn Peterborough what is this country coming too.that your health is put at risk because the u.k had a 3rd country dental service the treatment was a life line this morning as I am a lupus sufferer and have a heart condition my infection was so bad that I was very I'll for 48 hrs .only because the country does not support dentists in the n.h.s. we need more of the hero's so come on h.ns England wake up support these people because if I ended up in hosptal because of the lack of n.h.s dental practice. It would cost you more a hosptal bed and possibly my health and life. So thank you the 2 angles that took time this morning g at 9.45am you know who you are thankyou again b.hammer
Service was second to none, from the friendly receptionist to the two nurses that ripped out (extracted) my tooth.???? I was far from keen on being there but they made me feel comfortable and did an excellent pain free extraction.

Wow I wish I could find a dental practice like this from the reception staff to the dentist lovely people greeted with a smile from everyone and I was in a lot of pain with an abcess but put at ease as soon as I walked in I was given a course of antibiotics from the dentist phylis I believe her name was but such a lovely caring lady and advised to go back when antibiotics finished for an extraction of the offending wisdom tooth I have to add I was told by my regular dentist at the time he couldn't remove why I do not know anyway phylis removed it with no fuss even though it was decayed she had it out in a flash with the aid of her trusted nurse it was the best dental experience iv had in my 55 years and wish they was my dentist .so I can honestly say if your in any trouble with teeth go to these guys amazing????????????????????????THANK YOU ALL
Apparently you have to ring between 8:15 and 9am to book a walk in appointment....hummmmm it’s funny how at precisely 9am the phone stopped being engaged and I got through immediately. Off the hook till 9?
absolute first rate service ,the nurses and dentists are so kind and caring and make u feel at ease when your scared of having your teeth done especially steve ,i take my autistic son to steve and steve and the dentals nurses are very good with john they are very understanding of johns autism i cant rate this dental surgery enough luv diane and john cooper
