Stopped here for a quick bite to eat. It was fairly quiet, not many customers at the time of my visit. Instead of taking my food away, I dined in, as there were seats available. The salt and pepper chicken was much too salty and the sweet and sour chicken had too much vinegar. I was disappointed as I have eaten from here before and the food was much more tastier.
Great value for money as a good amount of food is packed into my box. The taste of the food is up to expectation and I will definitely be a repeated customer. The staff are polite and friendly which is much appreciated.
I was very excited to have lunch earlier today only to get disappointed with the rice ???????? Like, WHYYYYYYYY?????!!!! Why would you serve undercooked rice???? My poor husband had to just eat it as he was very hungry. But I just couldn’t! If I ever buy from you again, no disrespect, but I think I have to check if the rice is cooked well ????
I’m a regular customer , I’ve always loved coming here , food is always fresh and the store is in clean conditions.
My all time favourite is Bianca she has always been very helpful and kind.
Always visit in person to get protein! My inability to effectively prepare meals on busy days leads to me getting something here, usually 4x Salt & Pepper chicken. I'm a simple creature. Is it haute cuisine? No, but it does the job. I like chicken shallow fried and a little bit crispy and I can't always cook at home. The portions are generous, especially if the staff is kind (as they so often are here) - I think if I like staff I spend more often. One of the bigger disappointments (if I had to think of anything) to improve would probably be the rice / noodle option. I understand why it is the way it is (and that it is a chain), but if you (the chain) were to improve anything, that would be where the improvement is to be made (certainly where the rice is concerned) -
Affordable [tick], Cooked all the way through [tick] (some other review complained about this and that's just either false information or that experience is a one-off) - Wouldn't say it's particularly good for you but you can eat a million salads and still get struck by lightning!
Food was terrible. Noodles were bland and tasteless. Only veggie option available was the spicy potato which was soggy but tasted OK. The pumpkin curry was not available.
Couldent finish the noodles as they were terrible.
Other base options were skinny rice (nowhere to be seen) or egg fried rice which looked like it had been out all day.
Sweet and sour chicken was okay.
6.50 for such a small box was rediculas.
Food needs massively improving. More veggie options needed.
Staff on the other hand very friendly. Toilets clean.
The food was cold and expensive and portions were pathetic. The seating area was a mess and a real squeeze. The only 2 positives I have for this place are - the music was decent and the toilets were fairly clean for a public dining outlet.
Zulquernain was very helpful and friendly as so it was our first time ordering from there. Vegetarian options were delicious. We had vegetarian noodles with the potatoes and the vegan meat. 10/10
The only thing that we like didn’t was the fact that in the dining area was smelling like we were in the kitchen.
