Really disappointed, me and my family had come multiple times in the past and had good food we came back and it was ruined. It honestly felt like the chefs weren’t trained or the server. I ordered a Diet Coke, It came in a bottle so I asked for a glass (which they had as I had tap water in a glass) they told me they don’t do glasses for Diet Coke. How easy would it have been to give me a glass? We then ordered three things from the menu, all of which were nothing like advertised. Why would you include photos in the menu if your food looks nothing like it? The bao bun had no sauce, it was dry, there was no effort it was just a dry panko yasai in a bun. We got the Korean fried cauliflower bowl that consisted of 90% dry plain rice with no sauce and a couple bits of cauliflower no veg as seen in the photos attached, just a couple sprinkle onions. The chips were soggy and you couldn’t even call them fries. I did ask the manager about the cauliflower bowl and he made a new one free of charge, the cauliflower was nice so that’s a positive. However I was just really put off by the first service and the food that we had delivered. Probably won’t come back and that’s a shame as we used to love this!

My sisters brought me to have lunch and oh my God! The best fries I’ve had in UK. I had a portion of Vietnamese Dirty fries and a Korean fried Chicken burger. Simply amazing. Chi Cambridge thank you! This is an experience for me. Shanon is incredible. Everything is amazing.
Really disappointed. Entire order arrived stale and cold, tasteless and cheap. Ordered a burger which said deep fried Korean chicken.. instead chicken tender strips in bread with some lettuce, a squeeze of sauce, burnt cheese that you cannot taste at all and a scatter of chips for over £10! Unbelievable that they can sell this. Thank god Uber eats have refunded the entire amount
Hidden away at the back of the shopping centre but worth the effort to find it. Comforting korean inspired food, ideal for a lunchtime. Plenty of options available though it took a little while to wait for food so if you plan to eat here before cinema leave plenty of time. I'll definitely return to try more of the menu.
We came here because we saw a sign at the top of the escalator saying they had "big bowls." Since we hadn't eaten that day we decided to go since we figured it would be decently portioned. I got the larger sized portion of the Korean fried chicken. Not only was it super small but it also just tastes like frozen food you'd pull out and warm up. Not at all what I expected. Both husband and I were severely disappointed.
I've attached picture so you can see that the bowl was only half full and how the bowl gets smaller at the base which tells you how little there was. My husbands was a bit fuller than mine. I can't imagine what the smaller portion of my dish would have been like.
On top of all of this our Waiter forgot about us and we had to let the kitchen staff know we were ready to give our order before he even came over.
Overall, absolutely do not recommend this place.
Greeted and seated very promptly by our friendly server G. There were not many people in the restaurant but the atmosphere was really nice still. The manager Josh also checked on us to make sure we enjoying our visit and was very friendly. Food was delicious especially for the price and we served our drinks and food quickly. All in all a very pleasant experience and extremely good value for a quick drop in
It's amazing that with so few customers the service can be so inattentive and slow. It's almost as though customers are a total surprise to the staff, and they've no idea how to deal with them, I was sat at a table hidden away, then told by waitress she needs to remember I'm there. No check back after food was delivered and the food took a long time to come. No one came to clear away when I'd finished, so had to go to the service area to get my bill & pay. Food was just ok, beef rendang, very dry, if you are serving a dish with rice and roti there needs to be sauce to mop up. Won't be back in a hurry.
