Disappointing Experience with Solicitor's Services- I engaged the services of [Solicitor's Name] with high hopes and expectations, but unfortunately, my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. From the outset, I was promised exceptional service and assured that all necessary paperwork submitted to the court would be meticulously handled. However, after paying exorbitant fees for these assurances, I was left utterly disheartened.
Months of delay ensued, during which I patiently awaited the court hearing, only to discover that the paperwork submitted by the solicitor was far from proper. Despite my diligence in providing all required information from my end, the solicitor's negligence resulted in a severe setback.
It was disheartening to realize that the sweet words of assurance were merely empty promises, and the hefty fees charged did not reflect the quality of service received. The lack of professionalism and incompetence displayed by Mr. Chokkar left me feeling utterly let down and frustrated.
I would strongly advise against entrusting your legal matters to this solicitor, as my experience highlights a blatant disregard for client satisfaction and a failure to deliver on promises made.
A disgraceful and disreputable law firm that charges a pretty penny and yet cannot change a single letter with the Land Registry 5 months later and tries underhand means to deflect attention from a clear breach of contract. A rude and arrogant solicitor heads the firm, thinks he’s a superior being, he might want to look to the example of the Gurus to learn what constitutes good conduct for members of the community, a disgrace to the f……..Yet here is this unscrupulous solicitor conducting his business in a manner not in keeping with the good name and standing of the legal profession. Someone should seriously consider early retirement and do seva in the Gurdwaras to make amends for the error of his ways.
They helped me really quickly at short notice and charged me a fair amount unlike another solicitor down the road. Ladies at reception were polite and helpful.
We worked with Kush to buy a house these last few months. The conditions of the sale changed on a weekly basis however this didn't phase him. He always worked hard on our behalf and was our champion the whole time. He didn't give into pressure from 3rd parties who seemed to want to cut corners which would have been detrimental to us. He was very diligent and efficient but still took the time to talk to us and explain the various aspects of the sale as well as any post-sale considerations.

I called to speak to Mr Chokkar hoping this firm could help my mother. Unfortunately he was too rude and apparenly my mum too old and maybe not literate enough. He was very angry and no help at all - in fact has left me speechless. Good luck to him. May he or his family never need help like this and be turned down due to not being "on the same Level" as he oput it in his own words. I find it disgraceful.
