I contacted them a while ago about how bad their chicken was on their pizzas. It had changed to a powdered/shredded version?
It is horrible, they assured me that I could get real chicken if I ask for it. That has the case until tonight when I tried to order and ask for it not to be powered/shredded chicken. They would not give me real chicken only the powdered stuff. I went to both moor lane and Ribbleton lane, both refused give me real chicken.
I do not know what it is they are serving people but it's not chicken.
I will contact food hygiene and environmental health to check you are actually serving chic
If you could award 0 stars then this is very fitting for this so called food establishment. Not one bit of hygiene between the staff, scratching there face and beard before starting food. I should of left at that point but my pregnant Mrs wanted a chicken burger so I waited.
We got home and she was the first to have her food. Picture provided.
I called them up as I live 15 mins from Chesters and told them that I wouldn't be eating the food and what was wrong with it and that I wanted a refund they said on the phone it was OK to come the day after. So I did I came and politely asked for my refund they said where is the food? I told them I had spoken to him on the phone and that they said come the nect day for a refund he said I can't give you a refund if you don't give me the food back..
Now I won't cry over £29 however the service hygiene and food is all below standards. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
Absolute cowboy of a place avoid at all costs even after collecting food it’s still cold constantly all the time, it’s literally frozen cheap processed food you’d rather get a meal deal from Sainsburys, theres no hygine with staff always scratching their face. There is no food gloves being worn while preparing food, the store isn’t maintained, dunno how this hasn’t been picked up by health inspectors.
Ordered 6 wings and chips and we took out and when I started eating the wings I thought they looked a bit pink bit off coloured and then I put the light on and they were pink I called the manager and he said chicken is supposed to be pink and I told him that it wasn’t cooked he was very rude and then proceeded to end the phone on me
Service was reasonable and food was freshly prepared.
Basic cheeseburger made with the cheapest, most tasteless burgers available from the cash and carry (or whichever catering service they're supplied by).
Fries were fine, nothing special and nothing bad about them either.
Everything was cold, and my pizza didn’t even arrive and when I called up the person just hung up on me
It's very tasty chicken, more tasty than in other places.
Worst ever takeaway. I order a Chicken fillet burger meal and decided to sit and eat. It was horrible and the burger is literally half of what you get in other takeaways. They charge 4.99 for it which is a total ripoff. The burger was cold and felt as if it was re-heated in the oven for 5 seconds before serving.
IF YOU HAVE SPARE MONEY THEN DONATE IT BUT DON’T EAT HERE.
