It was the 1st and last time I will be going there, placed an order and I was over charged, when asked they said its the new menu price. Yet they didn't have any new menu in the takeaway. Can't charge new menu price when you displaying your old menu.
The food itself wasn't fresh at all. They took donner out of a container and just microwave it. Not much effect was made on the salad either, it was largely chopped and the sauce was store brought.
Never again.
Really fed up with this place now. They used to be great, fast service, tasty food, etc. But now service is abysmal. Placed several ordered through just-eat, some of which were rejected for no reason, one which was accepted and never delivered and when Just-eat chased it up, they closed ... Today placed an order at 1850 which was accepted with delivery due at 1930.... 1935 I receive a text stating the restaurant have just cancelled the order! No explanation why.... Really frustrating.. we were looking forward to it and now we have to start again, think this place will now have to be blacklisted. So disappointing, it used to be so great, been getting food here for years when it was pizzeria, etc. ????
Unfortunately the food was terrible from here, they never called to say they had no wraps instead they wrote it on the box, secondly there was no cheesecake( i was refunded at the door) however where was the customer service of ringing me to see if I would like anything else? Thirdly we were missing items and the cans were wrong and finally the milkshake was horrendous was just like milk, was meant to be a large and was clearly a regular. I feel annoyed that you didn't have the decency to call me regarding my order. I won't be ordering from you again.
Well where do I begin, 1st of all the "restaurant" called me to say they'd run out of donner meat is it okay to change to chicken. I agreed to that, secondly it got past the estimated arrival time which wasn't to much of a concern until it got to 30 minutes. I called the "restaurant" to see how much longer it would be, I was told they would contact the driver and phone me right back. Never got a call back so I tried to phone the "restaurant" they answered the 1st time but when they realised it was me they hung up, I tried again the same outcome. I tried again this time no answer, tried again busy tone me after a couple of rings. They then must have blocked my number because it wasnt ringing at all after that. When the food finally did arrive over an hour late the majority of my order was missing which was just an added insult to the way I'd already been treated. I've tried numerous times to contact the "restaurant"to sort this but yet again being ignored. Just eat are now investigating the issues I've raised but I thought I'd also review here so everyone has a chance to see what happens when you order from this "restaurant"
I would not even give 1 star to this place. Worst experience ever. It’s being three hours to my order and the driver has delivered the pizza to the wrong address and over the top staff is not even apologetic for this blunder and keeps on insisting that according to driver food has been delivered. I have already paid in advance through Justeat app and this is so against the consumer rights. This is horrendous.
Today is last time used this service. Pizzas wet and cold, were gon my chips? Is very less.
Abhorrent service, waited for our order for over an hour, phoned to get no response multiple times, the food came cold, and late. Ordered a BBQ Base but got tomato, ordered cheesy chips but ended up with stale, cold fries with no cheese. The onion rings were stale and undercooked, the pizza bases on both (BBQ and Veggie) were both undercooked. Wouldn't recommend.
As a rule I normally only order from dominos or Pizza Hut . Have to say I was impressed by the food the delivery everything it was lovely will be ordering again soon
