Was terrible but my sons prescription for Epilepsy was not available from Lloyds Direct, only had one tablet left which is dangerous for him. The new Parmacist ....i presume that was she, was really helpful. She was friendly and professional,managed to get the prescription same day. Really impressed.
Very bad pharmacy soo disorganised I m disabled and use to get my prescription delivered. How ever for last 3months they stop delivering for no reason
To the ladies at the chemist and the friendly bearded driver who came to my rescue this NYE - Thank You!! Needing my inhaler prescription delivered while isolating due to Covid, your kindness today will not be forgotten. Thank you, thank you.
On 3 occasions I have been given a date when my prescriptions would be ready
On each occasion I have deliberately waited an extra week, but every time my prescriptions were not ready

Fantastic service here today. Staff went out of their way to transfer my prescription from my home 150 miles away to here and dispensed it with a smile. Thank you so much. 10 out of 10.
Oh dear. Huge refurbishment. Months of disruption. New green staff. Pretty hopeless. Took in prescription asked specifically for one item. Went back when told to pick up, wasn't ordered yet. Was re-ordered, couldn't find it. Half the shelf items are in the gods. Sloping floor. Half the shop devoted to cosmetic products, nobody ever in that side. No better for refurbishment and dozy, clueless staff. One member complaining bitterly about customer in front of me. Don't forget everyone in Whitstable knows everyone. Never be rude in front of customers.
Does what you’d expect if you’re after the usual run-of-the-mill chemist things, but unfortunately let down by certain members of staff who don’t seem to understand the concept of customer service. Ignoring your customers and then being rude to them doesn’t make for an appealing shopping experience!
Awful. Out of date products. They do not issue refunds even with receipt. Horrible, rude and unhelpful staff. Give this place a wide berth and use another pharmacy. Zero Stars.
