Ordered chicken kebab, the chicken was hard and rubbery. Which, made me realise the guy serving me went in the back and brought back a plate of chicken. Which was probably old and he had microwaved before adding it to my nan with salad. Won't be buying from there again.
First and last time I visit this place. Awful service. Diabolical food. Iv lived in Tooting for 20 years and have sampled most of the wonderful curries on offer but I thought I’d pop into this take away and was met with the most rudest disinterested staff. Reluctance to answer any questions about the curries. Very cold and unfriendly. I almost felt like an inmate in a prison cafeteria the way I was treated. I chose a curry blindly as these guys offered no assurance or help in choosing the right one. Once I paid I said thank you… nothing. I had to say thank you again and all I got in return was a grunt. To make matters worse… the curry turned out to be the worst tasting curry Iv ever had. I tasted it and was knocked back by how off it tasted. Watery consistency with undercooked lamb. Worst curry Iv had hands down. Which is shocking considering how many Iv had in my life. Extremely disappointed. It’s far too competitive a trade round these here parts for this level of service. Won’t be seeing me again. ????
This is a nice cosy restaurant. I've been here thrice, and the food has been good, hot and served in ten minutes each time.
I've been here for lunchtime or afternoon, so it's been quiet.
The people serving have been polite.
Food is tasty at a reasonable price in this area (inflation is just unbelievable right now).
I had the biryani and the chapli kabab, really satisfying.

A great late night option if you're looking for something a bit different to the usual fried chicken shops in the evenings. The food was pretty nice and everything was fully Halal which is a great addition too. Slightly disappointed that they ran out of gulab jamun for dessert but understandable considering how late in the evening it was. Staff were very friendly and gave us some great recommendations - I would personally recommend the kebab roll and butter chicken.
Been going here for many years, usually on my way home after a night out. It's a no frills cafeteria style place, cheap and quick. I love their chicken balti. Samosas and onion bhajis are good too and during covid I missed their chicken tikka rolls so much I recreated them at home. When I eat in sometimes they bring a free side salad, sometimes not!
Very nice food, reasonable prices. Staff were pleasant. We would definitely eat there again if in tge area.
This small Restaurant provides a much better customer service, delicious dish and a very generous portion than Spice village which is across the road. We initially went to Spice village but letter decided to dine at Chatkhara due to a long cue at spice village. I'm glad we ate at this restaurant because the service, quality of food and their generous portion really exceeded our expectations. Very polite and professional staff. I highly recommend it.
uk immigration,enforcement service or home office please visit this shop 4pm to 11pm lots of illegal people work in this shop. When i was going there to have some food i talk with one of the staff there. he is indian and he told me he's paying salary is £6 par hours , and it's fully cash in hand.
